Performance and application of direct magnesium chrome brick

Direct bond magnesite chrome brick refers to the refractory products directly combined with periclase and magnesia chrome spinel as the main crystal. The brick is made of high-purity sintered magnesia and chromite with SiO2 less than 2% by high-temperature sintering. The direct bonded magnesia chrome brick is a product made of high-purity or sub high-purity sintered or fused magnesia and chrome concentrate as raw materials. Direct bonding is a kind of bonding produced by direct contact between solid grains. The brick is made of high-purity sintered magnesia and chrome concentrate with SiO2<2% as raw materials and sintered at high temperature. The direct bonding degree of the product increases with the decrease of SiO2 content and the increase of sintering temperature.
