High quality fused magnesia and flake graphite are used as the main raw materials, thermosetting phenolic resin is used as the binder, and different antioxidants are added according to different conditions of use. After scientific and reasonable particle size grading, it is high-pressure formed by a 1000T press. The product has good high temperature resistance, good oxidation resistance and resistance to alkaline slag corrosion. The comprehensive masonry of magnesia carbon bricks with different formulas for various parts of the furnace lining not only reduces the cost of the refractory of the whole converter lining, but also achieves balanced erosion of various parts.
