How to identify manufacturers of fused magnesia bricks and sintered magnesia magnesia iron bricks

Magnesite brick Basic refractory magnesia brick with magnesia content of more than 90% and periclase as the main crystal phase

Generally, it can be divided into fired magnesia bricks (also called fired magnesia bricks) and chemically bonded magnesia bricks (also called unburned magnesia bricks). Magnesia bricks with high purity and firing temperature are called direct bonded magnesia bricks due to direct contact of periclase grains; Bricks made from fused magnesia are called fused rebonded magnesia bricks.

Magnesia bricks have high fire resistance, good alkali resistance slag performance, high load softening starting temperature, but poor thermal shock resistance. The sintered magnesia bricks are made of magnesia bricks. After crushing, batching, mixing and shaping, they are fired at a high temperature of 1550~1600 ℃. The firing temperature of high-purity products is above 1750 ℃. The non cast magnesia brick is made by mixing, shaping and drying magnesia with appropriate chemical binder.

The fired magnesia bricks use high-quality sintered magnesia as the main raw material and pulp as the binder. After mixing and high-pressure forming, it is fired in a high temperature tunnel kiln above 1550 ℃. It has good thermal stability, corrosion resistance and peeling resistance. It is widely used as lining refractory for industrial kilns such as converter and electric arc furnace.

The fused magnesia brick has the advantages of compact brick structure, high mechanical strength and low impurity content, and is mainly used for heat storage in large glass furnaces

High temperature area of the chamber. Fused magnesia is made from high-quality magnesia by melting. It is calcined by magnesite, bischofite or magnesium hydroxide extracted from seawater at high temperature. Strong hydration resistance.
